About Pedro’s Wrestling Club
Our wrestling program starts in the early spring immediately after the high school season ends, and continues until winter when the new high school season begins. One and a half hour sessions are held two times per week on Tuesday and Thursdays, and an intense three hour session is held every Saturday morning. Head Coach Mike Pedro has written a specific 9 month wrestling curriculum consisting of college style wrestling techniques and drills. These techniques and drills have been proven to work at the collegiate level of wrestling and will give every wrestler a competitive advantage next wrestling season. We have also developed a weightlifting routine specifically designed for wrestling to maximize speed, strength, and endurance. Our program is designed to maximize each and every wrestlers potential, and give them every opportunity to be the best wrestlers they can be.

College Prep Program:
Wrestling Practice 3 times per week (90 min/class)
Tues & Thursday are technique and live wrestling
Saturday is open mat (students can work on specific moves that they need to)
Yearly schedule of tournaments/meets
Off-season tournaments (schedule still TBD)
In-season tournaments (schedule still TBD)
March-November Schedule
Tuesday & Thursday 6:15 – 7:45pm
Saturday 8 – 11am
3 Month Program: $150/month
6 Month Program: $125/month
9 Month Program: $100/month
